Job Description

This is a long-term assignment with a minimum engagement of 3 years under the Michael Page payroll.He / She can ensure a 4-shift coverage: Morning (6am-3:30pm) / General (10:30am-7:30pm) / Afternoon (1pm-10:30pm) / Night (9:30pm-7am)
- Manage and maintain MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Azure DBaaS (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Ensure the smooth operation of middleware technologies like IIS, Apache, and Tomcat.
- Support and configure SharePoint (2016/2019/Online) environments.
- Monitor database and middleware performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data security measures are in place.
- Collaborate with teams to support new installations and upgrades.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and configurations.
- Provide second-level support for database and middleware-related queries.





The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Min 4+ to 7 years of Solid hands-on experience in L2-level database and middleware administration.
- Experience with: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Azure DBaaS (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), IIS, Apache, Tomcat, SharePoint (2016/2019/Online)
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell or Shell scripting.
- Understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and certificate management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
