Cold Calling Agent (Outbound Call Center) – Fully Remote

What You'll Do
- Make and receive calls with prospective clients (primarily outbound cold calling)
- Build rapport and engage potential customers professionally
- Pre-qualify prospects for Life Insurance and Final Expense quotes
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward
- Gather accurate customer information




- Transfer qualified prospects to licensed Sales Advisors
- Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance expectations

Please Note: You will not be selling insurance. Licensed advisors handle all consultations and sales.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with strong English fluency who are comfortable speaking with new people every day.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, qualified accent
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations
- Appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or call center experience
- Ability to build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Adaptability to different projects and campaigns

Schedule
- Full-time
- Ability to work 8 or 9 hours between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM E
