Job Description
- Design and develop customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other business systems.
- Optimise system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all CRM processes and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in designing, developing, diagnosing,



and troubleshooting CRM applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM(Online).
- Experience in CPQ is a plus
- Recent experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions with experience in experience with Sales and Marketing. Field Service is a plus
- Development experience with Dynamics CRM (OData, Plugins, Workflows, API integration using SDK).
- Experience in using the Visual Studio and source control (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft Dev Ops).
- Integration experience with 3rd party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), SFTP.
- Experience working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Support and Issue Resolution.
- Solving performance problems, tuning & optimization.
- Ensuring High availability and Disaster recovery.
- CRM administration, best practices, and health checks
