Controllers

Controllers ensure that the firm meets all the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated, and public financial institution. Our professionals measure the profitability of, and risks associated with, every aspect of the firm's business. Controllers also ensure that the firm's activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations governing transactions in the financial markets.

Business Unit Overview

The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant preparation and submission of regulatory reports and management information. The team works closely with stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Technology, and Business functions to maintain a solid control environment, support regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvement.

This is a high-visibility role that provides exposure to a wide range of regulatory reporting processes, governance initiatives, audits, regulatory examinations, and strategic projects.

Job Responsibilities





Broad responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and reporting standards.
- Maintain a strong control environment through data quality reviews, reconciliations, variance analysis, issue resolution, and oversight of reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reported information.
- Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Technology, and Business teams to address reporting challenges, implement process enhancements, and support business and regulatory initiatives.
- Support governance activities including management reporting, regulatory examinations, audits, reviews, and responses to requests from senior management, regulators, and control functions.
