To drive resolution and normalization in the Hard Delinquency Stage accounts (Write-Off)



For retail / digital portfolio in order to meet ECL / NCL provisioning and minimize NPAs as per ABCL policies and collections strategy at a Zonal Level for both the Retail / Digital Book and to manage the collections process at a Regional level, build and manage a best-in-class high efficiency Collections Recovery Team to enable delivery of NCL parameters.

Other Quantitative and Important Parameters for the job
- ECL Charge & Release by driving superior recovery in GNPA category
- Solid vintage in handling GNPA /Write Off book for the zone /region in debt management.
- Zonal Manager - Recovery would be accountable to around INR 40-50 Cr incremental provisioning for the Year.
- Delivery of Strong Write Off Recovery Pull back, which will be a direct positive impact on P& L
