About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapid-growing Tier-1 automotive technology company known for developing and deploying innovative technology solutions for the automotive industry. They work closely with leading vehicle, motor, and engine manufacturers to deliver solutions with real-world impact, and are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their 2-Wheeler vertical.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for handling account management of one or more large customer accounts, selling the organization's technology solutions to large 2-Wheeler OEMs.

Key Requirements
- Experience handling and growing accounts (₹100 Cr+ in annual turnover) for more than 3 years.
- Proven track record of growing the company's Share of Business (SoB) year-on-year with customers.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, both internally and at customer organizations.
- Experience creating and maintaining one-to-one connections with commercial decision-makers, stakeholders, and important influencers at OEMs.




- Strong skills in acquiring business intelligence about customers and competition, and creating meaningful analysis of growth opportunities and challenges.
- Experience managing proposals, participating in new business contract discussions, and handling negotiations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.

Experience

7–10 years of account management / sales experience, preferably with an automotive Tier-1 company.
