Business Development Manager/Growth Manager (Remote) Trade shows & Exhibitions

Role Summary

We are looking for driven and personable Business Development Specialists to expand ExpoDiscover's global network. In this role, you will identify, engage, and onboard key stakeholders in the exhibitions industry — including event organizers, exhibitors, suppliers, and venue owners — while building long-term relationships that drive platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new partners globally across the exhibitions and trade show ecosystem.
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Deliver a smooth,



qualified onboarding experience for new partners.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat engagement and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to align outreach efforts with business growth targets.
- Track outreach activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics using CRM or reporting tools.
- Stay informed on trends and key players in the trade show and exhibitions industry to identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video calls).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline across multiple prospects and regions.
