Looking for someone who has:
✅ Prior experience opening bars/pubs/breweries (hands-on with liquor licensing)
✅ Knowledge of microbrewery setup – equipment, capacity, excise regulations
✅ Location scouting experience – site selection, competition mapping, rental economics
✅ Lease negotiation with landlords/brokers/mall developers
✅ Comfortable owning a deal pipeline end-to-end (scouting → LOI → licensing → handover)
Valuable to have: broker network in Mumbai/Pune, mall leasing exposure, multi-outlet chain experience.
