Key Responsibilities (R&R;)

Customer Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and region.
- Visit customers regularly and submit daily visit/activity reports.
- Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships.
- Add recent customer accounts from the assigned region.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Coordinate customer visits, audits, and interactions with internal teams.

Business Development & Sales Growth
- Create awareness of company services,



test scopes, and capabilities through regular

customer engagement.
- Understand, gather, and submit customer testing requirements related to product

development/projects in the pipeline on a monthly basis.
- Generate qualified enquiries and ensure higher conversion rates.
- Deliver regional revenue growth YoY as per assigned sales targets.
- Ensure timely payment collection by coordinating with customers and accounts;
avoid

overdues.Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Address and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams for smooth

project execution.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure closure as per commitments.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Track and share market trends and insights relevant to customer requirements and

industry developments.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to support strategi
