Role Description The Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This position is responsible for managing inquiries, recommending travel packages, preparing itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, sharing options for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation, and clearly explaining prices, inclusions, and terms. The role involves following up with prospective customers,



maintaining accurate records of leads and bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely confirmations. The Travel Sales Executive also supports after-sales service, handles basic customer issues, and contributes to achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications
- Ability to understand customer requirements, provide explicit travel recommendations, and maintain a strong sales and customer-service focus.
