This internship is with our multicultural Service Operations team, the frontline function responsible for proactively monitoring and support in resolving Application and Infrastructure incidents affecting Irdeto systems and customers globally, whilst ensuring maximum availability and performance.
You will be part the of a team serving as a coordination point for communications between our Global customer base (Streaming and operators including TV) and Irdeto Engineering, DevOps, Integration, Security, Architecture and Service Delivery teams. You will contribute to identification of root cause analysis of recurring incidents and raise escalations to back-end teams when deeper investigation is required.
