Marketing Buyer DGPA purpose driven role for you
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1.Category Purchasing: Drive strategic sourcing, vendor selection, and request for proposal (RFP) processes within the marketing domain. 2.Cost Efficiency: Identify target LEAP projects and design alternate product sourcing pipelines to secure year-round cost savings. 3.Process Alignment: Implement automated process guidelines, system-generated comparatives, and strict contracting benchmarks. A Day in the life
You will be working on day-to-day basis on following: 1. Operational Execution: Reviewing daily purchase requests, preparing comparative statements, and issuing formal POs in the system. 2. Delivery Tracking: Updating commitment dates and tracking supplier schedules to achieve a >95% delivery ratio for projects. 3. Commercial Analysis: Performing detailed costing analysis, scope optimization, and price settlements with category suppliers. 4. Vendor Monitoring:



Evaluating ongoing vendor performance and managing documentation for annual rate contract agreements. 5. Stakeholder Interfacing: Clarifying unclear specifications with Zonal and Area marketing teams while tracking recent market trends. 6. Compliance Management: Coordinating with the Legal department to secure timely closures for NDAs, MSAs, and framework contracts. 7. Team Integration: Working cohesively within the central team to balance day-to-day project workflows and field demands. Academic Qualification & Experience
1.Education: Graduate degree, with an MBA core specialization in Marketing or Events Management preferred. 2.Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing operations, terminology know-how, and market research. 3.Portfolio Scale: Operational tracking of an INR 100 Cr annual category expense across 50 to 100 active vendor accounts.
