Role- Electrical Specialist – RTG / RMGC / STS Maintenance
The Electrical Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety, integrity, reliability, and compliance of all electrical and electronic systems associated with terminal equipment, particularly RTG, RMGC, and STS cranes. The role acts as the terminal’s focal point for electrical engineering expertise,



providing guidance, governance, and technical leadership while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)
Ensure full compliance with HSSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work
Enforce LOTO procedures and electrical safety standards across all activities
Promote a strong safety culture and actively contribute to incident-free operations
Participate in incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions
Operational & Technical Performance
Act as subject matter expert for all electrical and electronic systems of RTG, RMGC, and STS cranes
Enhance electrical maintenance practices through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance
Develop and manage preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability
Troubleshoot complex failures in drives, PLCs, networks, and crane control sys
