This role sits at the heart of marketing operations, enabling scalable and efficient campaign execution across a global organization.
You will own campaigns end to end, from audience segmentation and campaign builds through testing, deployment, and optimization.
The position combines hands-on marketing technology expertise with strong project and stakeholder management.
You will work closely with channel managers, marketing operations, and cross-functional teams to support integrated, ABM, lifecycle, and partner marketing initiatives.
A key focus will be improving campaign performance, lead lifecycle processes, data quality, and workflow automation.
You will manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and execution.

Accountabilities:
Own the end-to-end development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign and email builds, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Define execution strategies, technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with channel managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage the day-to-day administration and operational needs of the marketing automation technology stack.
Support the integration and adoption of additional marketing systems and technologies.
Track campaign KPIs and performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Support marketing operations processes related to lead lifecycle management, lead nurturing, data cleansing, and workflow automation.
