This is a customer-facing professional services role focused on delivering and supporting complex cloud-based customer experience solutions. You will work across implementation, technical consulting, troubleshooting, testing, and post-production support. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with close collaboration across customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to strategic and large-scale engagements while helping ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. The position offers exposure to cloud communications, digital channels, integrations, and enterprise technology environments. It is well suited to a technically strong consultant who enjoys solving complex problems and working directly with customers. Accountabilities
Lead and support technical implementation activities for customer and partner engagements, translating requirements into effective cloud-based solutions while following established professional services methodologies and standards.
Provide technical consultation throughout project delivery, including solution configuration, execution of project tasks, test-plan validation, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and regular communication of project status.
Work closely with Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Quality Assurance teams, customers, and partners to ensure projects remain on track and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Support post-go-live operations, including production troubleshooting, customer setting management, operational service management, and maintenance activities as required.
