As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and growth of a high-volume RCS and rich messaging product line.
You will shape the next generation of business messaging across SMS, MMS, RCS, and emerging conversational channels.
The role combines product strategy, market expansion, customer experience, compliance, analytics, and monetization.
You will work closely with carriers, aggregators, platform providers, and internal engineering and business teams.
Your decisions will influence adoption, engagement, revenue, margins, and customer retention at significant scale.

Accountabilities:
Own the end-to-end RCS product roadmap,



covering sender registration, verification, rich messaging capabilities, fallback orchestration, analytics, market expansion, pricing, and packaging.
Define strategies to drive RCS adoption, including customer segmentation, activation triggers, migration paths from SMS/MMS, and product positioning across messaging channels.
Monitor developments across carriers, RCS Business Messaging, aggregators, regional providers, device ecosystems, and emerging standards, translating market changes into product priorities.
Lead international market expansion by assessing carrier readiness, device penetration, regulatory requirements, commercial viability, provider coverage, and competitive positioning.
Define launch criteria and phased rollout plans while coordinating readiness across Engineering, Compliance, Billing, Support, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
