As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Specialist, you will lead the functional delivery of Employee Central and/or Talent modules across complex implementation programs.
You will translate client requirements into scalable, well-documented SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
The role combines solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live support, and application maintenance.
You will work closely with clients, project teams, technical specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
You will also contribute to sales activities by supporting solution scoping, proposals, estimates, and statements of work.

Accountabilities:
Solution Design & Implementation: Lead or support client workshops, capture functional decisions, and define the configuration of assigned SAP SuccessFactors modules while balancing business, technical, and integration requirements.
Project Delivery: Apply the established implementation methodology consistently, support project resources in resolving delivery challenges, and proactively communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
Data Migration: Coordinate data mapping with clients and implementation teams, support data cleansing and transformation activities, identify data gaps, ensure security requirements are followed, and coordinate validation and reconciliation activities through to stakeholder sign-off.
