Accountabilities
Provide high-quality corporate and commercial legal advice to businesses, senior stakeholders, and established client relationships.
Independently manage complex legal matters while exercising strong commercial and professional judgment.
Build, maintain, and grow a personal client portfolio and develop long-term trusted relationships.
Take ownership of your legal practice, including determining the type of work, clients, and strategic direction you want to pursue.
Collaborate with other senior lawyers and specialists where matters require complementary expertise or cross-disciplinary support.
Contribute to the continued development of a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performing legal community.
Leverage dedicated business development, marketing, finance, IT, and administrative resources to minimize operational friction and maximize time spent on high-value legal work.
