This is an entry-level opportunity for a technically curious professional looking to build a career in enterprise software support and healthcare IT. You’ll provide first-level technical assistance to customers, investigating application issues and helping drive timely resolutions. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with structured training and collaboration alongside experienced technical consultants. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise applications, databases, interfaces, incident management, and support operations. Success will require strong analytical thinking, clear communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The position also offers opportunities to develop expertise through knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and exposure to up-to-date AI-assisted troubleshooting tools. Accountabilities:
Provide first-level technical support to customers using enterprise healthcare software applications, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.
Analyze reported problems by gathering relevant information, reviewing system logs and error messages, and following established troubleshooting procedures.
Investigate and manage support cases through ServiceNow or other ticketing platforms, maintaining accurate documentation of findings, actions, resolutions, and customer communications.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides to address common technical issues consistently.
Perform basic application configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior technical team members.
