About the Role
As a LOO Return Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting Institutional and Commercial Lending customers by ensuring the accurate validation, processing and setup of lending facilities.Working closely with Relationship Managers, Credit teams, Product partners and Operations stakeholders, you will be responsible for reviewing returned Letters of Offer, validating documentation requirements, and completing facility setup activities across core lending platforms such as Loan IQ, Orion and other banking systems.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer, banker and risk outcomes while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

Experience in Lending Operations, Banking Operations, Loan Administration, or Customer Documentation.
Understanding of lending processes, facility setup, and documentation requirements.
Knowledge of Loan IQ, Orion, CACHE, or similar banking systems.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with Front Office, Credit, Risk, and Operations teams.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
