YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This role combines P&L; responsibility for one of the most strategically important markets in the world with the autonomy to shape critically important customer relationships. You will manage an Account Manager, Customer Planner and Field Sales Supervisor – and indirectly, a team of 40+ Retail Ambassadors. The RA team sell directly to consumers and drive brand building opportunities with a focus on excellence in execution. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Beat annual revenue (NSV) and profit targets (GP) with a quarterly focus.
Dynamically manage the A&P; budget each month to ensure EFO targets are achieved.
Ensure cash collection targets are met.
Grow Market Share in strategically significant airport locations.
Manage your internal team and your external team of Retail Ambassadors to an “All in” mindset.
Deliver across a diverse customer base that operates in all the sub-channels within Global Travel Retail.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Commercial skills are critically important for this role. Experience in managing all parts of a P&L; to achieve revenue and profitability targets is necessary. Numerical and analytical skills are mandatory.
