ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Azure Stack HCI Engineer with robust experience in Azure Public Cloud, Windows Server, Hyper-V and infrastructure support.

• S2D Cluster

• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting

• RCA, logs & troubleshooting
• Customer-facing technical support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and support Azure Stack HCI and Windows environments
• Troubleshoot Hyper-V, S2D, cluster and VM issues
• Perform Windows OS patching and upgrades
• Handle firmware upgrades and infrastructure maintenance
• Analyze logs and performance issues
• Provide RCA and resolution for complex incidents
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams
