The role involves turning ambitious product concepts into high-stakes prototypes and, where appropriate, production-ready solutions. You will work across disciplines to explore AI, machine learning, agentic systems, and other frontier technologies. Success requires exceptional autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to make sound technical decisions at speed. You will also mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and communicate complex ideas to technical and executive audiences. Accountabilities:
Design, architect, develop,



and own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact prototypes and production-ready technical solutions.
Lead technical direction for emerging technology initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to experiment with, validate, and integrate AI, machine learning, and other frontier technologies.
Translate early-stage concepts and ambiguous requirements into practical technical architectures and iterative solutions.
Leverage modern AI-assisted development approaches, advanced developer tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate experimentation and software delivery.
Establish robust engineering practices around code reviews, architecture, quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and technical peers, helping raise engineering standards, development quality, and technical capability across the team.
