Accountabilities:
Public-Sector Scenario Development: Create realistic, complex scenarios covering federal, state, and major municipal government operations, including budget appropriations, multi-agency coordination, regulatory processes, and legislative reviews.
Civic & Policy Evaluation: Develop tasks covering public policy analysis, constituent service delivery, intergovernmental relations, public communications, regulatory compliance, and related civic functions.
Government Systems & Workflows: Incorporate realistic use cases involving government ERP and case-management systems, public records platforms, GIS solutions, constituent relationship management tools, and other public-sector technologies.
