AI Risk and Governance Workstream Lead Support Role

The opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join the GDS Risk Management Services (RMS) Innovation Risk function in Gurgaon, India as an Assistant Director/ Manager supporting AI Risk and Governance workstreams. You will assist in translating Responsible AI policy content, regulatory expectations and control requirements into practical governance activities that support the responsible use, purchase, development, deployment and monitoring of AI tools and systems across EY.

You will provide hands-on support across assigned workstreams by preparing and maintaining governance materials, coordinating cross-functional reviews, tracking actions and evidence,



supporting implementation planning, and preparing concise updates for leadership. The role requires strong analytical judgment, dependable execution and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

You will work with EY Technology, Service Lines, Global Functions, Regions and relevant risk and control stakeholders. You will operate under the workstream lead, taking ownership of defined activities and escalating material risks, blockers or unresolved matters as appropriate.

Your responsibilities

Support the workstream lead in planning and delivering assigned AI Risk and Governance workstreams, while maintaining clear visibility of milestones, dependencies, risks and upcoming decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews involving Global Risk Management, Service Lines, EY Technology, Global Functions, Regions and enabling teams such as Legal/GCO, Data Protection, Information Security, P
