SUMMARY: The Sales Support Specialist will be a pivotal member of our team in Gurgaon, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to our global front-sales and technical sales teams. This role is critical in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring productive documentation, and maintaining a well-organized and productive office environment for Sulzer in Gurgaon. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate and administer the end-to-end proposal generation process, working closely with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information.
Track the status of proposals, follow up on outstanding information, and maintain a centralized repository of all submitted proposals.
Facilitate the signature process for both internal and external agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding document execution.
Oversee general office management tasks for the Sulzer Gurgaon office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Provide general administrative support to global front-sales and technical sales teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
