Are you ready to own the sales technology and AI infrastructure that powers a global commercial organization — keeping it live, trusted, and embedded in the way sellers actually work?
FIS is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the Sales Technology & AI team within Revenue Operations, Commercial Office. This is the role that takes ownership of a defined portfolio of seller-facing platforms and AI-enabled workflows — not just configuring them, but governing, documenting, and driving adoption across a large, distributed commercial organization.
This is an individual contributor role with genuine hands-on ownership. You will not manage a team — you will own the operational detail that keeps critical systems running and adopted. You will administer platforms, configure AI agents, maintain renewal intelligence dashboards, and serve as the go-to expert for the commercial technology stack. The ideal candidate brings the technical fluency to own platform administration end-to-end, the communication skills to translate complexity into explicit guidance for sellers, and the delivery instinct to follow through until the job is done — not just planned.
