This role supports business development by turning complex RFPs, RFIs, and business opportunities into clear, compelling, and compliant proposals.
You will manage proposal content from opportunity analysis through final submission, coordinating inputs across sales, technical, and delivery teams.
The position combines structured writing, commercial awareness, analytical review, and exceptional attention to detail.
You will play an important role in ensuring proposals are accurate, persuasive, consistent, and aligned with customer requirements.
The role also provides opportunities to develop reusable content, case studies, marketing materials, and proposal processes.
You will work closely with senior business development stakeholders and contribute to bids for enterprise technology engagements.

Accountabilities:
Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other business opportunities in depth to understand customer requirements, evaluation criteria, compliance obligations, and submission expectations.
Develop and maintain high-quality client-facing proposals, bid responses, RFP/RFI submissions, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with sales, technical, delivery, and other cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and translate inputs into structured, compelling proposal content.
Ensure proposals accurately address customer requirements while following established formats, standards, messaging, and compliance criteria.
Review pricing tables, totals, effort estimates, calculations, and other numerical information to ensure accuracy before submission.
