Scope / (Technical Solution Architecture): Acts as the technical authority for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Data Cloud (D360), overseeing global CRM technical architecture and integration design with full autonomy. Coordinates complexity and scale across our operational ecosystem, defines technical discovery efforts across highly ambiguous spaces, and manages the technical delivery of the architectural roadmap.
Accountability/Problem Solving: Leads the analysis of business and platform problems, driving comprehensive root cause analysis and maintaining full ownership of technical debt, system performance, and integration integrity.
