Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for a Mariner Development Advisor to join the Subsea, Civil and Marine Engineering team. Reporting to the Manager, this role will be based in Chevron’s office in Bengaluru.
The Mariner Development Advisor is accountable for supporting the professional development, performance management, and career progression of mariners. This role involves coordinating training, managing feedback loops, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements. The advisor acts as a liaison between Mariners, Fleet Operations, and the Fleet Personnel Management Department to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence for the Mariners.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on op
