You’re someone who is equally comfortable structuring ambiguous problems and getting your hands dirty building and testing solutions, with a strong bias toward action and real-world validation.

What the role is about: At Kraftshala, product sits at the intersection of student experience, revenue (admissions, sales, marketing), and internal operations. You will identify high-impact problems across these areas and take them from idea to outcome. A defining part of this role is the ability to translate ideas into working solutions quickly — using AI-assisted prototyping, APIs, and lightweight systems to test, iterate, and refine before scaling with engineering.
