Accountabilities
Develop, execute, and optimize B2C/DTC performance marketing strategies across Meta and TikTok to achieve growth and ROI objectives.




Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize budgets, targeting, creative assets, and overall acquisition efficiency.
Integrate email marketing initiatives with paid media strategies to create coordinated, multi-channel customer journeys.
Lead and mentor media buyers, creative specialists, and CRO professionals while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development across the performance marketing team.
Partner with creative teams to develop compelling advertising concepts, copy, visuals, and messaging designed to increase engagement and conversions.
Establish and manage A/B testing programs across creative assets, messaging, landing pages, and other conversion touchpoints.
Lead CRO initiatives focused on improving landing page performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
