Job Description:

Responsible for processing orders into relevant systems, supporting the order to bill portions of order fulfillment. May include processing credits. Enhances customer experience through improving timeliness in service delivery by achieving the guaranteed average turnaround time, based on agreed product/process and reducing the resolution time with agreed quality for non-complex requests on low tier accounts (may include implementation of Service Level Agreement). Owns order fulfilment for non-complex activities, meeting requirements in an accurate and timely manner, whilst ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met.
Position Overview:
We are building a Sales Order Specialist (SOS) team composed of highly skilled individuals with order management / order-to-cash experience preferably with 1-2 years of related work background.

Job Responsibilities:




Handle the order process for select products; this includes entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfilment systems and working with internal customers to ensure the order is fulfilled on time and with accuracy
Bring up all delays to internal groups including to the senior members of the organization as appropriate
Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and efficiency
Handle internal customer queries and communication in a skilled manner
Be a teammate, attend team meetings and ensure that internal and external customer requirements are met
Responsible for online maintenance, lapsing of subscriptions and access-related issues
Support billing team in validating online invoices and portals
Supervise the group email account to ensure that requests are actioned and completed according to agreed turnaround times
Addition and modification of customer master data
Meet agreed volume, service and quality targets
