Overview:
In this role the Senior Lead Engineer will actively work in the areas of design and development of Nacelle structures.
Position:



Senior Lead Engineer (P3) - Mechanical Design
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages the product design and development projects from Architecture to Detail design phase.
Willingness to Subject matter experts on Product development.
Oversees comprehensive project requirements, ensures team coordination, manages risks, and maintains reliability for large-scale or complex projects.
Strong holistically approach in solving manufacturing and field challenges.
Research evaluates and recommends changes in technology, procedures, systems to improve the quality of the products and services.
Drives Process maturity for applicable CORE processes.
Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals
Engages in technical working groups and initiatives, both within the organization and with external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree/Ph.d in mechanical engineering or aerospace or automobiles.
