1. Domain Expertise:
Deep expertise in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D;) sector. This role is part of Accenture GN's strategic consulting practice, supporting end-to-end MRO transformation engagements that drive operational excellence, digital adoption, and supply chain optimization for A&D; clients.
The ideal candidate will bridge solid domain knowledge of MRO ecosystems with hands-on consulting delivery capability. You will own workstreams, manage client stakeholder relationships at functional lead level, and mentor junior team members — while remaining closely involved in solution design, process analysis, and delivery execution.
Strong familiarity with A&D; MRO processes and platforms, including base maintenance, line maintenance, engine MRO,



component repair, and rotable management. Demonstrated expertise in aircraft sustainment, fleet readiness, and aftermarket service models. Background in Aerospace/Defense Engineering with an MBA preferred.
Exposure to:
a. Process Assessment & Optimization
Analyze existing MRO processes (line maintenance, base maintenance, engine overhaul, component repair, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements across planning, execution, quality assurance, and supply chain operations.
Lead root cause analysis for recurring maintenance issues and drive standardization of best practices across MRO operations.
Develop process improvement roadmaps with defined KPIs, owners, and implementation timelines.
