Opportunity
As a Senior Journal Manager – Production, you will act as a trusted partner for journal editors, learned societies, and editorial offices, ensuring their production requirements are delivered effectively and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing relationships with external clients and serving as their primary production contact.
Providing regular performance reporting, analysis, and recommendations to support client objectives.
Advising clients on production workflows, process improvements, and potential risks.
Coordinating and communicating production requirements across internal teams and external suppliers.
