We’re looking for agile, high-performing talent with a background and experience in leading large-scale transformation programs to join our Enterprise Transformation office team based in our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru.
This team works with people across our various functions & businesses globally to drive our enterprise initiatives to enable business outcomes, performance, and transformation.
You will bring your expertise, creativity, and transformation capabilities to solve complex business challenges, and possess solid influencing and people skills to engage and inspire diverse global teams to deliver real business value.
You will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will be shaping and executing their business transformation agendas. You will help them navigate their largest strategic initiatives and most critical problems at the intersection of business and technology, including digital disruption, enterprise transformation and innovation, global operating models, sustainability, value management, and more.
