ROLE: FACILITY MANAGER
We are ok to explore candidates without exact Facility Management role but coming from retail or store management experience as well. As long as the candidate is willing to learn & deliver the expectations.

OFFICE HOURS
Monday to Friday @ 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Saturday half day.
No of days working in a week - 5.5 days
Week-off - Sunday
Work from home - Not available

CRITERIA

Location - Deployment to Kots Properties will only be done after the candidate clears the probation period. Therefore, the distance between the candidate's residence location, to the cluster should be practical for thier travel.

Bike is mandatory as the property operations team are required to handle multiple sites within their cluster.

Skill 1 - Ability to manage the ground staff like housekeeping, security guard, electricians & plumbers
Skill 2 - Ability to handle customer queries like repair and maintenance, Check-IN , Check-OUT etc..
Skill 3 - Building maintenance

Age Criteria = 32 years max

We are seeking a Facility Manager with to facilitate the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties by co-ordinating with the ground staff .He will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, secure, and efficient.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Accountability :
- Ensure property safety, compliance, and upkeep by supervising maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs.
- Manage on-site staff and address tenant concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, visitors, staff, and incidents.
- Safeguard company assets and report any misuse, financial irregularities, or compliance issues to Kots management.
Property Maintenance :
- Flat Readiness: Oversee post-checkout tasks like cleaning, painting, and repairs. Document with photos/videos.
- Preventive/Reactive Maintenance: Execute scheduled activities (e.g. water tank cleaning, plant care,
