Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Tax Team, with a primary focus on Indirect Taxes, such as VAT and GST, across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers exposure to diverse international tax compliance requirements across APAC, EMEA, UK, and Canada while working in a fast-paced and technology-driven setting.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, demonstrate ownership, and be comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools in combination with MS Excel to drive efficiency and accuracy in tax operations.
Responsibilities
Global Transaction Tax Compliance Operations
· Prepare, review,



and support indirect tax compliance activities including:
· VAT / GST return packages preparation and filing
· Researching on applicability of legislative updates and taking proactive steps
· Support tax audits, tax authority queries, and information requests
· Maintain tax compliance calendars and ensure adherence to filing deadlines
· Perform monthly and quarterly tax reconciliations
· Assist in documenting and strengthening tax processes and internal controls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Accounting, Finance, FP&A;, Legal, and Business Operations teams to resolve tax-related matters and technical queries
· Support implementation of tax requirements in business processes and systems.
· Coordinate and manage external consultants and vendors, building and sustaining strong relationships to support business objectives
