About the Role:




The Commercial FP&A; team is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst who will focus on expense management for the broader Commercial organization. They will provide analytical support to an FP&A; Manager to support data-driven decision making. We are looking for candidates with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze sales and services productivity, supporting both short- and long-term planning
Prepare executive-level financial reports, including monthly forecast variance analysis and commentary
Support headcount planning by tracking hiring needs, workforce expenses, and collaborating with HR and business leaders
Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities, evaluating their impact on revenue and business objectives
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, including headcount costs, travel & entertainment, and Professio
