This is a lead individual contributor role for a product designer ready to shape sophisticated digital experiences across strategically important product areas. You will combine exceptional design craft, product thinking, systems thinking, and customer empathy to influence product direction and quality. Working closely with product and engineering leaders, you will translate complex customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable experiences. You will also mentor designers, strengthen design standards, and help teams consistently deliver high-quality work. The role offers significant autonomy and visibility, with opportunities to influence product strategy, design culture, and team practices. You will work in a highly collaborative, distributed environment alongside global product, engineering, data, and design teams.

Accountabilities




Lead design strategy and execution for one or more strategically important product pillars, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration.
Translate customer needs, business goals, product strategy, and technical constraints into transparent experience strategies, design roadmaps, and product direction.
Partner closely with product and engineering leaders to define product vision, prioritize opportunities, and align teams around high-quality outcomes.
Influence senior-level product decisions through customer insights, data synthesis, product judgment, compelling storytelling, and strong design rationale.
Conduct and guide research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content strategy, and usability testing throughout the product lifecycle.
