As a Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate,
you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to provide consulting services for Workday HCM applications, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency.
