Accountabilities
Analyze client workflows, operational processes,



and business requirements to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
Coordinate pilot implementations involving AI copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented systems, and other AI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with AI specialists to design, configure, test, and deploy workflows tailored to client data, processes, and priorities.
Integrate prompt libraries, memory structures, user interfaces, and AI capabilities into business platforms such as CRM, ERP, and customer support systems.
Partner with AI design specialists to ensure user-facing agents deliver appropriate behavior, tone, functionality, and user experience.
Monitor AI solution adoption, gather feedback from users, and continuously improve workflows and configurations after launch.
Support change management and client enablement activities, helping teams understand, adopt, and effectively use new AI-powered solutions.
