Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire software development lifecycle. This role focuses on creating innovative testing solutions and architectures that enhance product quality and reliability. The position requires providing strategic guidance and technical leadership to ensure that quality engineering practices align with organizational goals and industry advancements. Collaboration with various teams to integrate testing methodologies and continuously improve testing processes is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:




- Execute test cases accurately and can follow test steps.
- Perform functional (ST/SIT) and regression testing.
- Raise defects with clear steps to replicate and evidence.
- Can understand User Stories or BRD.
- Domain Knowledge - Has experience working in any Banking domain so tester will understand quickly what to test and can raise correct defects.
- Attention to detail and proper time management to meet test cycles.
- Experience in Test management/defect tools (i.e Jira).
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing strategies and processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
