Accountabilities:
Own software features end-to-end,



from initial requirements and technical design through development, deployment, and production support.
Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend and full-stack applications.
Develop backend services using Python or Go, with technologies such as FastAPI and Pydantic.
Build and enhance frontend experiences using React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Zustand, and Tailwind CSS.
Work with PostgreSQL and related data-access technologies, including SQLAlchemy where applicable.
Identify, investigate, and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability bottlenecks.
Collaborate closely with product and operations stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver pragmatic solutions.
Make sound technical decisions independently while balancing speed, quality, maintainability, and business priorities.
