You will support project teams from tender and early planning stages through execution, ensuring realistic and reliable schedules.
As a functional leader, you will develop regional planning capabilities and influence teams across different countries and cultures.
You will assess schedule quality, identify risks, and drive actions that improve predictability and project performance.

Accountabilities:
Develop, standardize,



implement, and continuously improve global project planning methods, processes, tools, and scheduling standards.
Support the adoption of consistent planning practices across global regions and strengthen planning capabilities within local teams.
Train and coach regional project schedulers on planning systems, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Support project teams during tender and early project phases, including the development of realistic and achievable baseline schedules.
Review project schedules to ensure feasibility, consistency, completeness, quality, and alignment with project execution requirements.
Participate in regional project reviews, assess planning maturity and schedule-related risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct schedule quality assessments and due diligence reviews to identify potential gaps, risks, and opportunities.
