Accountabilities




Architect and lead complex, high-impact go-to-market programs, including product launches, sales model innovation, partner strategies, and GTM system and process evolution.
Design and institutionalize scalable operating models covering account allocation, capacity planning, customer segmentation, revenue motions, and Sales and Customer Success processes.
Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM and Revenue Operations leadership, helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions and align functional priorities with broader business objectives.
Build robust cross-functional networks across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Enablement to improve alignment, eliminate friction, and accelerate execution.
Develop governance frameworks, readiness criteria, rules of engagement, launch models, and other processes that support consistent GTM execution at scale.
