Accountabilities




Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends, user needs, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for product growth.
Generate, evaluate, and prioritize product growth hypotheses based on research, product metrics, and business objectives.
Design and launch structured growth experiments to validate hypotheses and identify the most effective approaches.
Analyze experiment results and product data to determine what is working, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Use spreadsheets, product metrics, and data-driven analysis to support decision-making and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
Explore and apply AI and automation tools to accelerate the design, development, and launch of new user journeys and experimentation workflows.
Collaborate with product and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn insights into practical product and marketing initiatives.
