Data analysis, reporting, dashboards, process improvement, project coordination and business problem-solving.

What We're Looking For
Recent graduates with 0–1 year of experience.
Bachelor's across relevant disciplines—we're open to different academic backgrounds depending on the role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with numbers, data and basic Excel.
Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Most importantly—a high degree of ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn.
