Job Summary
Oakridge International School Bangalore, Is looking for a passionate, experienced, and student-centred MYP English Teacher to join our IB School. The role involves planning and delivering engaging English learning experiences aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme, while supporting students in developing solid communication, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and inquiry skills.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework.




Develop learning experiences that promote inquiry, critical thinking, creativity, communication, and reflection.
Teach English language and literature concepts through relevant and engaging learning experiences.
Design and implement units of inquiry and learning activities aligned with MYP objectives and approaches to teaching and learning.
Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment methods to meet diverse student learning needs.
Differentiate instruction to support students with varied abilities, learning styles, and individual needs.
Assess and monitor student learning, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
